Free FRAT Software. 6+ Best Flight Simulator Software Download Reviews When Bruce Artwick introduced the first flight simulator software for Windows Operating System, there wasn’t quite an assurance that the game would become the next big on the market, but it did. Created by North American Aviation, this historic film shows the flight test program for the XB-70 Valkyrie at Edwards AFB in California including the first flight at supersonic speeds, and the various tests made prior to undertaking a flight. The software is best used for design, testing flight conditions, and learning the steps of flying an aircraft.
